Mary Tamkovich’s live-action short film won the Silver Hugo Award at the Chicago International Film Festival. Earlier, it was awarded at the 47th Polish Film Festival in Gdynia. The talented Belarusian director will soon be making a full-length film on the same subject as the part of a PISF grant in the micro-budget category.
